Question / Help OBS Crashes Upon Launch (Mac)

Hi all,

New here - just getting going - been working my way around OBS recently and had just added my stream overlay via StreamJar - as soon as I tried to add that overlay source, OBS crashed and it hasn't launched since - I've tried reinstalling. Any tips?

I can't attach a log file as I can't start OBS to access one

I had the same problem and I think this is how I fixed it. If you go into the user library on your mac, then to application support, then OBS, under "basic" you can delete the scenes and/or profiles. This will get you back to a empty scene without the overlay. I haven't had a problem since.
