Log FIle: https://obsproject.com/logs/zyWpKsqVo0iOxiQX

When trying to add the BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt as a source, once it's selected in the settings window, if I progress with 'OK' OBS crashes.
To note, I also can't change any of the drop downs in that same settings window. The menu flashes up then disappears.

I see this issue as well on a MacBook Pro 15-inch (2017) running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Shuttle was working great on whatever version I had installed previously - I didn't take note of which version that was before clicking "sure!" on the upgrade prompt, unfortunately.
Here is a crash report: https://pastebin.com/ZXzpBmW8

Nooooo promises for anyone else here, but I grabbed the very latest update of Blackmagic Design's "Desktop Video" package (12.0 from January 21) and after an install/restart, my Shuttle is happy again. Nothing in the Blackmagic release notes _claims_ to be about GL implementation, but the crash log I posted and the source code changes for the latest OBS release certainly point to openGL changes being the crash culprit. Either way, if you don't have Desktop Video 12.0, I recommend updating that and trying again.
