OBS "crashes"? Unhandled exception: c0000005

Hi there. I was messing around with a bunch of stuff on my OBS for the sake of adding new redeems and such to my stream, and now every time I close out of OBS I get an error message saying that it crashes. The program seems otherwise fine and functional? I've attached the crash report.

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this error?

Same problem here for many months. Have no idea what to do to solve it. I hope someone knows.
