Hi. I've been usign OBS for a while to stream gameplays. Recently I built a Ryzen 5600x rig to be my streaming pc (I play on console) and I use x264.

The problem is that OBS crashes randomly at diferent periods of time while streaming passed first hour, some times earlier.
Searching here, i have read that it can be hardware issues. So, before i decided to post this my main steps have been:

Verify if all my drivers are up to date.
The BIOS of my motherboard (Asus TUF GAMMING B550M PLUS WIFI) are also up to date.
I ran various test on Prime95 (The longest period of time was almost 12 hours). CPU max temps hit 64ºC, normally around 54-60.
CPU is not overclocked. And BIOS options are stock. Only DOCP 3200, my ram stick are capable 3200 out of the box. (Corsair Vengeance lpx 2x8gb).

Additional I use an old borrowed nvidia quadro k620 as my discrete videocard (nvenc quality on this card does not convince me).

Here's a Screenshot of my Prime95 Run.(I Merged workers) Results txt is on attachments.

Finally I apologize to all my grammar mistakes, english is not my native language and it's been a while since last practice.

Those crashes definitely indicate hardware issues unfortunately. Turning off FMA3 in Prime95 might help expose the problem, as it causes clocks to run a bit slower than x264 would do. Other tests such as OCCT or LinX might help uncover any instability. I've had some issues take 24+ hours to manifest on stress testing.
