OBS Crashes Stating Can't Access Stream Key

Hello!
I've been having a consistent, but random, issue where OBS will suddenly crash and state my streamer key is no longer valid. This problem began the end of January and has persisted. What caused yesterday's crash was opening a new Opera browser window to share a website on stream.
Previous ways is has crashed is because I've switched scenes, I was simply Raided by another party, opening a browser window, Opening programs, closing programs, minimizing windows, maximizing windows. And none of it is consistently replicable.

Steps I've taken so far -
Run OBS as admin
Completely Uninstalling/Reinstalling OBS. Both the most recent version and a prior version.
Updating Video Drivers
Uninstalling/Reinstalling all Audio Drivers
Tried Changing Servers in OBS
Minimizing the amount of scenes for stream (Broke it up by Scene Collection)
Minimized the amount of elements in all scenes
Switched over from logging into Twitch from my OBS to only using a Stream Key
Set-up OBS to open as though it were running on Windows 8

The attached screenshot is older, but it is the same error I get.

Here is the latest Crash Report:

Here is the Previous Log File after restarting stream yesterday:

I will note this is the first time I've seen it state anything about rendering lag.

And I'm not sure what else to do. I don't know if I have a hardware failure occurring or if there is some wild hiccup with the system that I can't seem to get fixed. Any insight or help would be massively appreciated! And please let me know if you need additional information to navigate a resolution.

This happened to me too and is happening to a friend daily. I can't find any solution just people talking about the problem.
