OBS crashes (sort of) when focusing on it for ~5 seconds and also when turning on a window capture while streaming

It seems that when I am using streaming with OBS, and I am focused on the OBS window for around 5 seconds or if I activate a window capture, it just crashes. It is an odd crash though. OBS freezes for a second, then my monitor goes black (no output from OBS while this whole thing is happening) and then after a second or so everything comes back to normal but browser sources won't work. They may show as visible, but they don't work. It isn't a problem with the link, since I have tried to fix the link and it still doesn't work. If I restart OBS, it goes back to normal. Also, this doesn't happen if I activate the window capture from my Stream Deck, so it might just be the focusing problem. Any ideas on how I can fix this? It's really annoying to have to restart OBS and be unable to do anything to OBS while live.

There is no crash message or log or anything.
