Question / Help OBS crashes since I applied VST filter... can't remove the VST 2.x option

I tried adding some of my VSTs in and it keeps crashing the program, like Waves, some of my Universal Audio plugins, it crashed it every time. Gave up on that, but now I'm trying to delete the VST 2.x from the filter menu and every time I hit delete or -, it crashes the program. HELP!

I'm having a similar problem. VST 2.x won't shut down and no other video audio filters will open. How do I remove vst 2.x. Tried reinstalling OBS but didn't change anything.
