I have been streaming as normal all week, and OBS has been crashing randomly, but even more so almost every time someone hosts me. The alert freezes, then the stream freezes, then OBS crashes/quits responding. Then I have to force quit out of the application because it won't just close. I am using the browser source or TwitchAlerts (now StreamLabs). I also tried downloading the latest version of OBS that was made available (0.16.5), but it cannot install. I get this message every time I try to install it:
Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files 9x86)\obs-studio\obs-plugins\32bit\cef-bootstrap.exe
Click Retry to try again, or Cancel to stop the installation
Here's the log from my latest stream:

If I click retry, the same message just pops up every time. So I'm very confused as to what is happening. I need to have this fixed so that my stream doesn't crash every time I get a host, and if this latest update was that fix, I obviously need a way to install it. Thank you for your time.
