If OBS is actually crashing ("Woops, OBS has crashed!"), then please also include a crash log for that session (located in "%AppData%\obs-studio\crashes").

Please specify what game(s) you're trying to capture, unless it's just CS:GO (indicated by your log).

Disable "Multi-adapter compatibility" in your Game Capture source.

Thank you. This helped the crashing situation but OBS still shows a black screen when trying to capture CSGO. In the Game Capture source, I can see the game but not on the main screen

What happens if you bring the Game Capture source in front of the browser source in the same scene?

Just to make sure I understand you... When you say this, do you mean that a preview for the game shows up in the Game Capture properties window, but the preview does not show up in the main OBS window?

Do you have any other capture programs or shader packs installed?
Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

If you can see the game in the Game Capture properties, but not in the main OBS window, then I suspect that the Game Capture source is blocked, hidden, too small, off-screen, or otherwise made to not be visible. Make sure the Game Capture source is enabled/visible. Highlight the source and reset its transforms (Control+R or right-click > Transform > Reset Transform).
