This is memcpy function error. There, during Y plane copy. Probably out of bounds was attempted to write.

Try to lower the resolution of the OBS output, let's say to: 1920x1080
or use other encoder (software x264, for example, if you need 2560x1440 output on this PC).

Yes it was resolution and encoder. Can the OBS devs fix this so that it doesn't crash and instead displays an informative warning?
