Question / Help OBS Crashes on startup

Everytime I try to open OBS it crashes on start up, here is the crash report, please help :(

That crash is caused by an outdated personify camera app.

@stn , not the same, you need to update your AMD video driver manually (or remove the enc-amf.dll from obs plugins folder).

it works now, but the camera doesn't work and when i try to fix it it crashes again
