Bug Report OBS Crashes on Startup

Not extremely sure what is happening but, OBS has been crashing once it starts. I reinstalled it OBS twice but, no luck.

The crash is caused by the elgato software.

That's what I figured too so I tried reinstalling the elgato software twice but, its still crashing

Including getting the latest version from their website?

Yes sir, I updated everything. I'm not exactly sure what is causing it. Additionally, if I don't even have elgato capture card plugged in, it still crashes
