Your log file shows that the AMD Media Framework plugin is calling DirectX and crashing.
I have no problems running a Ryzen 7 1700X with Windows 10,
My suggestion is to wipe the hard disk and start fresh with
just the basics. Make sure you have all the current drivers for:
- Motherboard
- GPU
Run the following benchmark software to prove it all works:
- CineBench
- Passmark
- 3dMark
- Heaven Unigine
Do NOT install other outside party software or hardware outside of this until you get your new system stabilized. Do NOT overclock either.
If it crashes, then its a hardware/driver issue , most likely you will need to replace your GPU.
