OBS crashes on startup

I was configuring OBS to make use of Triggerfyre and everything was working properly. Then I deleted one of my audio input sources and OBS crashed. Now it keeps crashing on startup. Anyone know how to fix this? I've attached the crash report to this thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And as I post this I notice the reference to the pitchproof plugin. I temporarily removed this and OBS started fine. Put it back and it still works. Will leave this for anyone experiencing the same issue.
