OBS crashes on startup with fresh install on Windows 11

I am trying to run the latest OBS, but it crashes immediately on startup without starting up the UI. I am running an up-to-date Windows 11 on a Lenovo Yoga c930 laptop, with no other programs running. This is my first time trying out the program - I have not had it run on this machine before. Crash log is attached.

I have tried the following with no effect:
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the latest OBS (version 27.2.4)
  • Running OBS in Windows 8 compatibility mode as administrator
  • Reinstalling the latest graphics drivers for my machine
Any more troubleshooting steps that might fix this? Thanks in advance!

Tried that, intel directs me towards Lenovo's website, and Lenovo says I have the latest.
