Bug Report OBS Crashes on Starting

Hello!I have a problem like attached crash report.Please help! :)

Do you have an AMD GPU? The crash is coming from the AMF encoder plugin, which is for the AMD GPU hardware encoders. Make sure all your GPU drivers are up to date.

It looks like you are running 32-bit exe, can you try to run obs64.exe as well? And, please, add log-file, if it was created of course (Please post a log with your issue! Here's how..., the path to logs: %APPDATA%\obs-studio\logs ).
