OBS crashes on start after latest Mac Update

I just updated to the latest MAC version 13.6 (22G120) and now OBS crashes when I try to restart it.
I tried downloading the latest OBS - same crash
I tried removing the osb-studio folder from the App Support directory. same result.
Thread 13 is crashing and that looks like a plugin thread, but like I meantioned I did start from scratch so I don't think it is any plugin that I added that is causing the issue.

Same thing happened to me. It won't open OBS on my MacBook Pro, shows nothing, just crashes. I've cleared the cache, downloaded updates, downloaded previous versions of OBS and nothing will even open OBS. After a few times, I downloaded the updated Mac OS, but still the same thing (so was refusing to open before the Mac update for me). It has been working fine until yesterday. I have no plugins on this computer, and still crashing.
