Bug Report OBS crashes occasionally while switching scenes

I am seeing occasional crashes when I switch scenes very quickly (typically when I am editing and testing them.)

This happens almost every time I switch scenes.

Per the log file, appears to be related to a missing audio device (in my case, virtual device, Loopback). Once I enable that device in Loopback, it no longer crashes.

Edit - I take that back.. it crashes slightly less. Here's a log file from a crash with not much apparent useful info..

WIW, I went back to 20.1.0 which has been rock solid for me.

Does that version support notification overlay audio? I remember that wasn't working for me until the last update (that crashes).

What to mention that Qt gui can crash in Windows too (very rare but it happens), it doesn't connected to obs itself but to the Qt libs that obs uses to render its UI.
