Obs crashes my pc whenever I open it.

So I record Minecraft on my Windows pc, and one day when I went to record and opened it, it just crashed my entire pc. so I thought that an update was required, and There was one, so after updating it, I ran it again, and still, it crashed my pc. So one more time, I opened obs, though this time I opened it before Minecraft, and this time it didn't crash. After that I opened Minecraft, and it worked fine, but it froze a couple times.

Anyone know what's happening here? I would rather start obs after Minecraft. And I'd rather not have it freeze.
