OBS crashes in OS 15 (Sequoia) when reselecting sources

I'm moments away from going through the ordeal of rolling back to Sonoma, so this is a last ditch effort to see if anyone might be able to help me determine a fixable problem so I don't have to. A million thanks to anyone who is able to help. I'm at the end of my rope.

What happens is, during a stream, an application or window capture will stop capturing, and I have to go to its properties, deselect, then reselect the source. Occasionally this works without crashing the application, but most of the time, OBS immediately crashes the moment I click anything in "Properties." It will not work again without rebooting my entire computer (sometimes more than once). I've tried turning down settings, using fewer sources, having fewer apps open in case it's just a resource issue, but it's been crashing every stream when I have to do this. This never happened when I was running Sonoma, including the issue of needing to reselect the source for the captures in the first place. It feels like the issue, which only began after I upgraded to Sequoia, has gotten progressively worse since, but that may just be my perception due to the increased stress and frustration while streaming.

Here is the crash report from the crash during today's livestream.

Updates, just in case someone comes along with the same problem.

1. Yes, the crashes still happen in Safe Mode (I did a test stream for this yesterday)
2. Only the new Mac OS Screen/Audio capture sources have either issue (failing to continue capturing partway through stream and crashing most times when going into Properties to recapture the sources).
3. My free disk space is over 160GB.

Note: I'd only started using the new Mac OS Screen/Audio capture sources regularly after I upgraded to Sequoia. and only because, under Sequoia, it was no longer possible to capture audio directly from apps using this, and they no longer appeared as selectable devices. I'd toyed with using them earlier on, but I didn't like the fact that I was forced into controlling volume for myself and my audience separately using these, so it was harder to tell if the balance was correct when I was streaming. There were a few applications without audio I was using with the new capture setup, and they did not have the crashing problem on Sonoma, but I *was* using a lot more of these sources after upgrading to Sequoia, since the old ones no longer worked for audio.

Temporary Workaround:

The problem still exists, but since it only happens in the new Mac OS Screen/Audio capture sources and not the older, deprecated Audio Output Capture and Window Capture, I've found a workaround by using Loopback to create virtual audio devices for things like Apple Music and Discord audio on stream, and I've gone back to using the old Window Capture for any other app I want to display on stream that doesn't require audio. Since capturing these sources the deprecated way doesn't cause the capture freezing OR the crashes, this will hopefully work until those options are removed from OBS completely (at which point I can just stop updating OBS if I'm still having this issue). In the meantime, this works.
