Question / Help OBS crashes immediately upon launch - Mac OS 10.14.3, crash log included

As soon as I launch OBS the window opens, I get the spinning wheel and it crashes. I can not access any menus or settings before it crashes? I need to use OIBS for livestream on my Mac, could really uses some help on how to get OBS working!

Mac 2014 Imac Retina 5k
4ghz Intel core i7
32 GB ram
Graphics - AMD Radeon R9 4mb
os 10.14.3
