OBS crashes if not opened in Safe Mode

Had OBS open when I had a power outage and now it will only run in safe mode, blocking use of quite a few plugins that I need. Trying to launch it normally opens to a full screen white window for roughly 5 seconds before the program crashes. There are no error messages and it does not output a log file upon crashing. There was an update available I had not installed before the problem started happening tonight. Have tried reboots, updating to the latest version, and updating damn near everything else associated with my PC to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Before updating OBS you have to check if the plugins you have installed are compatible with the new version of OBS you want to update to.
If you don't use this plugins, remove them. Consult the documentation of the plugin on how to remove it in each case.
