OBS crashes if launching game too soon after start up

I previously had this issue and it was fixed for a while, but just restarted a couple days ago. It was previously due to an audio output error but was fixed when I uninstalled plugins. I have not installed any new plugins, so any thoughts on what this new error is?

This is most probably the cause of the crash:
win-capture-audio.dll

There's like 200 threads about it.
