OBS crashes every time within a few minutes of streaming.

It sometimes restarts the computer too. I can't work out what It could be. I'm using MainStage for sound plugins, an ATEM mini pro as a switcher and stream deck for scene changes.
Audio interface is an RME Fireface UCX. All software is running on a MacBook Pro 2 TB SSD 16 Gb RAM i7 quad core 3.1 GHz..2018 macOS Catalina
Any help will be much appreciated.
