Question / Help OBS crashes every time I try to stream with amd encoder

So I have a sucky cpu, so I need to stream with my gpu, I have the plugin installed and the latest version of AMD drivers. In my settings I have 2 options for encoding, AMD, and x264, When I choose AMD and try to stream it says OBS crashed and asks if I want to copy the crash log. I have the crash log attached.
Can someone please help me
