Question / Help OBS crashes every time i open it.

Similar issue here, durring the last big windows update a few weeks ago something went horribly wrong and I had to reinstalled windows 10 64bit OS, that is; reset windows to factory settings 'as it is now days'. So I reinstalled OBS and when i try to open the 64bit OBS.exe it says: "This app cant run on your PC - To find a version for your PC, contact the software publisher."
No specific crashing though, it just wont run.
