Question / Help OBS Crashes Each Time I Start It

This has been happening sometime, usually I keep trying it till it starts working again, but I thought I would just upload the log file and crash report to see if anyone can help me identify the root cause of why this is happening. It has made me wary of doing a live stream.

I can't seem to be able to upload the crash report as the prompt does not show up with a URL, but I copied the crash log that appeared on the desktop when the game crashed

Did you enable Browser alerts as a source? As soon as I added browser to my sources, mine started crashing non-stop. As soon a I deleted that source, Crashes stopped.
