Question / Help OBS Crashes B4 it actually Starts . Win 10

I updated my motherboard and graphics drivers, actually I updated all drivers for computer. I'm running a Dell inspiron 5770 17' laptop with i7 chipset. I've uninstalled / reinstalled a couple of times already with no luck. Here is my most recent log file:
