Question / Help OBS crashes as soon as I attempt to stream or run config wizard

Running OBS 21.1.1 on MAC OS 10.13.4 attempting to stream to mixer using a Webcam and mic.

Crashes everytime I try to go live or run the setup tool.

I've deleted and reinstalled as well.
