This is an issue that was introduced by the Windows 10 AU ages ago, and was caused by faulty drivers. If you're still having this bug, it means your GPU drivers are very, very out of date. Make sure they are fully updated.

i have downbloaded the newest drivers from amd's website for my rx460 :)
