Bug Report OBS Crashes and Buggy on reopening

OBS has been crashing anywhere from 5-30 minutes into streaming and once it crashes and closes I have to restart my PC to get the video from my avermedia HD live gamer internal Capture card to show up again. I have been streaming with this setup for almost 2 years with no problems until I upgraded to OBS studio. I have gone back to the old OBS program but still get the crashes.

Please post crash logs too. (%APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes) or (Navigate to the main menu File>Show Settings Folder explorer's window opens, go to the "crashes" folder).
