OBS crashes almost after every hour while streaming

Hi Team,
I am stuck in a very weird situation where my OBS crashes every hour while streaming.
Display freezes, OBS crash along with Discord and Browser (Microsoft Edge)
However, game does also crash sometimes.
I Tried almost everything, but nothing seems to work for me. From updating the drivers to reinstalling the application but still no luck so far.

and following are the specs of my system
OS: Windows 10 pro/ 64 bit
CPU: Intel i5 9600KF
GPU: ZOTAC 1070Ti
RAM: HyperX Predator 16GB (8GB x 2) DDR4-3333 MHz

error decoding one of the media source. Try removing all webm/mp4 files from OBS if they are in use.

Check the browser sources if all are correct even when not shown.
And verify if the plugins you have installed are updated and compatible with latest version of OBS.
