Obs crashes all the time.

Hello, my obs crashes all the time when recording or streaming or when capturing a game.

Attached error report, someone could guide me what would be the problem.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any way I can investigate further what the problem is? Because before installing this plugin, sometimes for example command !speak stopped working. Or on some occasions my obs crashed and when restarting the sound stream it didn't work.
Apparently my problem should be related to audio.
