Question / Help OBS Crashes after about an hour of streaming.

Whenever I am streaming my gameplay (any game) to twitch I get a 'OBS has crashed' notification. My hardware temps are good, and I even reinstalled obs but still no luck. I tried looking at the log file but I can't figure out what it says is failing.

My rig's specs are:
7700k w/cryorig cooler
rx 480 4gb
16gb ram

I think my issue may be due to my cpu overclock? I'm only running my 7700k at 4.8ghz, and I really don't want to lower my OC... would increasing voltage make my OC a stable for OBS? I have a little bit of headroom when it comes to thermals.
 
It definitely is the overclock. x264 crashes on intel chips are usually caused by crossing into the "unstable overclock" zone for a given chip.
