OBS crashes about 10-15 minutes into livestreaming church service!

We have been using OBS very successfully for over a year now, but very recently have been having many software crashes after 10-15 minutes into service. Haven't changed anything in hardware or setup. Only use one Canon Vixia HF G50 camera and capture card. Only streaming to Facebook Live. Laptop is dedicated with an i5 processor and 4G of RAM. CPU running at 50%ish. Not sure what to look at! My abilities are only average, but I can understand and follow technical instructions. Sorry I don't have a log file at this time! I will try to send when I'm at that computer. Just need some direction at this time of things to check.

Without a log, hard to say.
Obviously you are running on an under-powered and equipped system, so that isn't helping, but as you said, ok for last year....
What has changed (presumably) is Windows 10 with all of its updates. And have you need updating OBS? so.. lots of potential conflicts, especially with M$ (and others) poor coding practices.
One common mention that has come up in recent months is an OS update causing issues with Elgato (or was it Black Magic?) capture cards. the short version, being that the capture card needed a driver update.
Also, where are you getting that CPU figure? from OBS Stats window (which I recommend ignoring in most cases) or Task Manager/Resource Monitor (or similar)?
And are you running a browser window during the service (I do as 'digital usher' to monitor online comments) .. modern browsers are resource (CPU & RAM) hogs... and that won't help

Have you made sure all Windows OS eye candy turned off? unnecessary background processes (like cloud sync) turned off during livestream? etc
