OBS crashed randomly and I don't know why.

As the title says, OBS randomly crashes lately, since a couple days ago. I don't know why. I updated my graphics drivers. I removed some .dll files that were corrupted. Whenever OBS crashes, all my windows that I'm using crash too (Google Chrome, Discord, Stream Avatars) and I don't know why. Someone please help!

I already updated my graphics drivers and even though I updated them, I still had a crash. After I restarted my stream, I didn't have any issues after that. Here is a screenshot of the UBSTree you asked for.
