OBS CRASHED CAN SOMEONE HELP?

Hello, Im having issues since i updated OBS it keeps crashing not sure why. I will post crash logs in here if anyone can help I appreciate

the crash has been fixed but not its its stuttering/lagging got info how to fix that?
