Question / Help OBS crashed at Startup - Win7

Help. I am new to this SW. I just downloaded and installed. No errors during the install.
During the install I got the notice to download/install Windows .net. (vcredist_x64.exe ad vcredist_x86.exe installed no problem - vcredist_arm.exe will not install saying it is not a valid Win32 application).

After install I ran, but got a black/blank screen from the video input.
So I rebooted, after that, I tried to run and immediately get this error below. It will not start up at all now.

I would try to reinstall OBS MP and see if it works after that. It's throwing a weird Unhandled Exception that usually comes with a corrupted program missing files.
