OBS crashed and now refuses to start

Hi,

I was learning my way around using the Steam version but I did something to cause the application to crash. Now it refuses to open saying that it did not shut down properly during my last session. I'm offered the option to run it in Safe Mode or Normally but either option then pops up the 'ODS Studio quit unexpectedly' dialog. As a precaution I uninstalled and re-installed the Steam version, and then uninstalled again before downloading the latest version from here but I still get the same results unfortunately.

Same issue here, worked for a while then this problem. Uninstalled, then reinstalled twice to ensure problem wasn't me.

If it's any help to you at all, I manually deleted the obs-studio directory from "~/Library/Application Support" and I got the app to start again. (That's on a Mac of course...not sure where that would be on a Windows box)
