Bug Report OBS crashed after most recent update

My OBS keeps crashing when I try to open it. (64-bit) 32-bit works but can't handle a long period of streaming. I attached my crash log. Any help please?

I believe just VLC and SailStream. Maybe it's that plugin since they have been out of commission for awhile. How do I remove plugins?
 
by removing the .dll file from the f:\program files (x86)\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit\ (in your case the obs-sailstream.dll)
