obs crashed 4 times while streaming to twitch

to preface, i'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to tech LOL but the file attached is the error message i get when obs crashes but i've checked my ram, cpu, wifi is fine, the log files in obs don't show any issues, so i'm not sure where to go from here. any help is appreciated!

my pc specs (that i know):
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

x264 crashing almost always means faulty hardware. Turn off any overclocks, update BIOS and test your memory with memtest86+.
