Obs crash

Hello , I have a problem on some games like apex dead by daylight and fortnite and I imagine other, I take the example of dbd my computer can support ultra in 75fps except that I have to play low because otherwise quickly my obs does all bug and I am blocked at 0.98 fps and make lag my game I have to force the closing of obs and this happens to me on lots of games and other games like apex where I cannot stream because I have the same problem even in low however out of stream I can play I cannot find the same problem on the forums and in vain I lower my stream quality parameters the problem persists and I would like to play some game in stream but I do not can not.... ;(
