Question / Help OBS Crash when clicking stream

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with an issue - suddenly for no reason anytime I click stream now I get an error and OBS stops working. I checked around and tried to do some troubleshooting as well as doing what other people did to fix their problems but here's my log

Also I'd like to add that I've already ran safe mode and uninstalled all my Nvidia drivers with DDU, restart then reinstall drivers using Geforce experience. I've tried several different versions of OBS as well and I would try an older driver from Nvidia but I started having the issue before I updated drivers so it doesn't look like rolling back the drivers would be helpful.

Use something other than NVENC then if it doesn't work on your system.

Okay but it was working before hand?
