OBS Crash when adding filter (Clean stream Audio Filter)

Hi everyone, im new here, sorry to kick off with a question ;-)

I have now tried the last three versions of OBS and Clean Stream Audio Filter and everytime I add the filter to a video, OBS just crash.
I use a M1 MacBookPro with Sonoma
