Question / Help OBS crash - Video coding queue overloaded error?

Hi everyone,
I'm quite new to OBS and last night it crashed about 45 mins into my first live stream. I used transparent visual overlays as well as scene switching, and my iPhone was streaming in directly via USB set to 1280x720. Is anyone able to shed any light on what happened? The video coding queue overloaded error appears almost constantly in the log file until it cuts off. The mac was completely frozen and I had to force reset with the power button, and couldn't even load Force quit.
Unfortunately I didn't know how to create a crash report at the time and it doesn't show up when I try to obtain the last one. This is the log file for the stream as below:

Many thanks,
Matt

Your log shows this error over and over:

19:35:25.788: [obs-ios-camera-plugin] Video Decoding queue overloaded. 29 frames behind. Please use a lower quality setting.

Lower the quality option for the ios camera plugin.

This plugin is known to cause crashes.

Thanks so much for your reply. I wasn't sure if there were any other options as the next lower setting doesn't seem like its a great quality but I guess it's better than it crashing! Should changing the keyframe interval to 2 on the app like I had read to do on the output also? Many thanks for your help so far - I've been tearing my hair out trying to use two iphones for a two camera shoot, it crashing or lagging etc, then going to one iphone and it still crashing, about to throw everything in the bin kinda feeling!
