OBS crash (t_prevent64.dll)

OBS studio crash.
If you know, please help me.
It's a problem if I turn on the game while the cam is connected.
It works well when I turn on the cam or the game, but when I turn it on together, the OBS die, and then the OBS can't turn on.

t_prevent64.dll is neither a native Windows dll, nor does it come with OBS.
Googling for it results in these:

Seems to come from a software by Teruten. Get rid of that 3rd party software/malware/trojan.

This is apparently banking "security" software, it's popular in some countries like Korea and usually very broken (and likely opens vectors for further attacks).
