Question / Help OBS crash right after I open it

I was trying to streaming by using OBS after installing AMD Radeon driver.

but suddenly the OBS is crash and can't working. I hope someone can help me to solve this problem

Looks like your AMD GPU drivers are crashing. Make sure they are fully up to date, and reinstall from AMD's website.
