OBS Crash opens with a popup saying, "OBS did not shut down properly during your last session."

OBS did not shut down properly during your last session.
Would you like to start in Safe Mode (third-party plugins, scripting, and WebSockets disabled)?

When I click on Run, normally it shows the Problem report for OBS studio.

When I click Ok or Repen it back to above popup
