Bug Report OBS Crash on Startup

Title says it all. Was messing with OBS not too long ago and worked fine. Now it's crashing. the FTL versions opened up just fine to test that out as well so I have no clue what's causing it.

Edit: Randomly opened up the 32 bit version and opens up fine. The 64 bit version is the one having issues...
