Question / Help OBS Crash on Sceneswitch

Crash occurs when im trying to switch between some scenes in OBS.
For example switching from Countdown where an 10min mp4 vid is displayed to games scene where the played game is shown.

Another crash occurs sometimes when switching from an intro movie to the gamescene or other way around.

I already tried the log analyzer but it returns an error saying it is no OBS logfile wich is pretty confusing :)

I am running a fresh installed Win7 64 bit PC.

Try to disable 'Use hardware decoding when available' in Media Source properties. Is there any changes?

Disbled it but crash occurs again. Sometimes i need 4 or more tries to even access the scene where my intros are displayed.

Still have the same issues attached a new log maybe anyone can help now
